Workshops located in Jandakot and Welshpool Western Australia are modern facilities utilising state of the art CNC equipment in combined covered workshop space of 36,000 square metres that can produce over 40,000 tonnes of fabricated steelwork annually.
Fabricated steelwork includes modules, support structures, platforms, walkways, piperacks, conveyor trusses, trestles, chutes, hoppers, stackers, reclaimers, shiploaders and bridge beams.
The Group has a leading edge in equipment technology that includes a Beam Manufacturing plant where special welded beams can be manufactured with sizes ranging up to 4 metre web depth and a sophisticated Pipe and Tube Laser Cutting processing line that can cut up to 610mm pipes and 500mm square tube.
Pre-assembly and laydown areas of 60,000 square metres with mobile cranes up to 350 tonne lifting capacity enable the pre-assembly of large modules and storage of large volumes of fabricated steelwork to suit customer delivery schedules. Transport solutions catering projects of all sizes are available seven days a week and capable of being provided at short notice.
